Cancellation or Rescheduling

If you are canceling the representation of the Company by any means the company would be returning the unused fee as per the conditions in the retainer agreement, if the services are already provided the fees paid are nonrefundable. For an initial consultation, if the client is canceling or rescheduling the appointment before 2 business days the client will receive a full refund minus the bank wiring fee and 5% administrative fee of the payment amount.  If the cancellation is done by the client in less than 1 business day in advance, the client will lose the payment for the consultation. However, the client will be able to re-book another consultation at 50% of the regular cost.

 Late

If the client is later over 5 minutes of the appointment time the client will lose the payment for the consultation, but the client would be able to book the consultation for another day at 50% of the regular cost.

Fees charged by ILG for Consultations with any lawyers or licensed immigration practitioners that we are introducing but who practice independently, the consultation fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. If the client retains any person that was introduced by ILG, the client must agree to the specific terms and conditions with that lawyer or immigration professional including cancellation of representation and refund policies agreed between the parties.

Your privacy is protected by the privacy policy of the company and as per the law in Canada. However, by signing up with a lawyer or an immigration practitioner introduced by the company your information would be discussed or shared between the company and the representative that you are signing up with.  The initial consultation is only to provide the information on whether you are eligible to apply for any program, how the company would be able to help you with the application and to clarify your doubts if any. By signing up for initial consultation, you are not retaining the company to provide the immigration services until and unless you sign up for the services by paying the professional fee and signing up a retainer agreement.  We are not a law firm representing any law firm or attorney. We cannot provide any kind of advice to you about legal rights in Canada.

GUARANTEE OF SUCCESS

The Company through its Consultants may provide advice about the probability of success of immigration matter or application but the Company does not guarantee any particular result as the outcome of immigration matter or application is the sole discretion of the Minister, an Officer, or IRB.  The Company doesn’t promise or guarantee success about the outcome and that any suggestions offered by the Company or its Consultants will not constitute a guarantee.

However, by using our website and services, you agree to permit us to forward your information to licensed immigration consultants and our staff to work on your case to help you with the immigration or study process.
